By downloading, installing, or using the Numbra mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

2. License and Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Attempt to derive the source code of the App
• Use the App to create competing applications
• Modify or create derivative works based on the App
• Transfer or sublicense the App to third parties

3. User Accounts and Conduct

When using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information if prompted
• Not impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
• Not engage in harassment, abuse, or threatening behavior toward other users
• Not attempt to exploit or manipulate the leaderboard or game mechanics
• Not use bots, automation, or cheating methods

Violations of these rules may result in account restrictions or bans.

4. Leaderboards and Scores

• Leaderboard rankings are provided "as is" and may be removed or reset at any time
• We reserve the right to remove scores obtained through unauthorized means
• Leaderboard data is public and visible to all users
• Daily puzzles are the same for all users (unless you choose a different date/puzzle via the archive)

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE APP.

7. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

8. Termination

We may terminate your access to the App and delete your data if you violate these terms or for any reason at our sole discretion.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts.
